Feels more unnecessary than a single interview, hiring manager situation..thoughts?

Anyone know any biotechs/Pharma (ideally oncology-focused) that are looking for a VP (or even SD for the right TC) of BD/CorpDev and allowing for remote/travel models (if not Boston-based) or at least a Boston-based hybrid model? I know someone with good biotech/Pharma BD&L experience that is looking for a new role given the current biotech layoff scene. I recently gave Capgemini Java B2 Consultant technical interview (java Spring Boot, Functional programming). The interview went well and the interviewer told that HR will contact me. When can I expect a HR round to happen? Please advise.

Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?

$325k TC at MBB in a non-generalist (still partner track) path.
