I know this has been asked a lot, but for Crowe in Chicago, what is the typical raise after your first year? Then from staff to senior?

My first year I got 11%, which included an additional adjustment in line with the new hire starting salary increase. I think I've gotten around 8/9% per year since, including for promotion to senior.

5% first year and then 17% from staff to senior

I’m going to be ~$2-3k spending short of delta diamond, I’m good on miles. Aggressively look for ways to spend more or just let delta make me an offer to pay for status? Not willing to lose status.

Gave a notice to my boss after working here for 4 months. Nothing wrong with company/boss/pay but got an offer to pivot to PM at a Series A startup. I’m just bored in my role (analytics).

My company is going IPO this year so there’s a chance I’ll make some $ from it. But I’m interested in getting an early stage PM experience.

My boss wants to try to find me a role that suits my long term goal and talk more. Is this a sign to stay? Is this a mistake? If I stay, will I be at risk of getting 🪓?
