I like healthcare industry before landing my first Analytics role, I’m interested in working for Kaiser. I have background in Analytics, I was let go from my previous job 2 months ago. It was my first Analytics role. Few years back, I read case studies in my textbook about healthcare data and I find it enjoyable for me to explore healthcare data. Identifying patterns in patients, medicines, etc are my motivation to pursue this industry. I wonder what should I do to catch Kaiser’s attention?

Hi guys currently I'm working in a project with very stringent timelines. Sometimes we need to put more than 13-14 hrs each day. There are 4 members in my team. Two are involved in database prt and me and my lead are involved in the front end and middle layer prt. Somehow my lead is not at all pleased with my work.
