Our training "department" is two people constantly flooded with revamping old training plans because the pace of change is so fast we cannot keep up. Also the, changes are so huge that it requires starting from scratch,, not merely adjusting for change. There are also training teams in other departments who do their own thing instead of working with us, the L&D team, so we have a cohesive experience without tons of repetition.
Wow, that's what we are going through to a T! Glad I'm not alone in having that kind of experience. I am super new to L&D and so is my boss so it's been a disaster trying to get adjusted to our new roles
We have 2 signature onboarding programs running with biweekly cohorts for our service staff and quarterly for our sales hired. Additionally we are building out a new manager onboarding which will run likely quarterly as well. We have 2 high potential leadership programs created in house that run once a year. Then we create new customized trainings to be lead by our field trainers based on business need every couple of months. We are a Fortune 500 sales organization.
What kind of sales training do you deliver?
