Live where you want to live. Doesn’t seem complicated.
Work for the agency that seems better mostly remote for 3 months. Visiting in person monthly. Then make the call. If they don’t agree to that then it’s probably not a fit.
move for a better job - if career is important to you - cause if your friends arent happy for you they ain’t yo friends

Move.
Move. You;ll make friend and there's always flights for holidays and weddings.
Move. You can always move back.
Have you seen many remote jobs? I was expecting to see way more agencies open to remote since just last year they were all screaming “WeRe NEveR GoInG BacK” but most agencies are demanding at least some time in office, and I’d imagine creative departments are more serious about “being together breeds creativity”
If you career is important to you, I’d move
There shockingly aren’t a lot!!! It’s so odd.
At some point in the future you’ll have circumstances that’ll make moving really difficult — a spouse’s career, or kids in school, or aging parents-in-laws, or a bunch of other things. Seize your opportunities now.
The way you worded the question seems like you already know the answer :)
You’re throwing “dream job” around a bit too much.
Move. You can always move back.
Do what will make you the happiest in the long run. Moving is hard and expensive, and moving JUST for a job when you already have roots is tough. Would the new agency allow for a remote position with occasional visits to HQ?
Sadly I don’t think so. They’re super small and really close. So I think I can be remote here for another few months though but they want eventual relo.
