I moved to a city in 2020 with really only a couple good agencies for a dream job. It sadly turned into a nightmare with bad management. Currently far along in talks with an amazing agency in another city. I actually have a solid group of friends here. They’re urging me not to move buuuut I feel like I need to… for my career. What would you do? Should I just be patient and find a remote job.. or move to this city for a new dream job? I can always visit but it’s so hard to make new friends…

What time do you all go to bed/wake up? Told a colleague I went to bed around 1am every night and they just about gasped (as in that’s so late)…now I’m self conscious?

This has led to issues in self-referencing title. I’ve been project manager, data engineer, developer, modeler, analysts, principle DB developer, etc. Most of my w2 work has been from offers of 1099 clients so I am usually asked to define my own title. Any T-shaped data people who run into this?
