I moved to San Antonio much bigger city from W Texas 2.5 years ago just all before the pandemic office closing - then moved to Wfh My reporting manager advised from w to office they would review my salary to reflect my new location. but my employer now 2 years later indicate that since I am a wfh employee they will not review my salary to make any change to reflect the move.
