Digital could be a lot of things. It could be the agencies you’re meeting with or applying to have a niche and your resume, they way you approach their interviews isn’t indicative of the experience their looking for. I’d suggest catering your resume and experiences to speak to the type of work they do. If they don’t ever touch tv I wouldn’t really boast your credentials in that space. If you have experience in a wide media mix, then I would choose to highlight relevant work. And even if you haven’t had a lot of experience in whatever niche they might be in, the way you speak about your experiences, like the way you approach projects, may need to be catered for relevancy.

I would suggest to get some certifications (Google ads, Meta, digital marketing).
