I need help deciding between two offers. 1. Director, Planning and Program Management at AirBnB and 2. Principal, Business Operations and Strategic Program Management at Intuit. I’m trying not to consider the compensation difference between the two offers even though one is significantly more. I have heard from friends working in different companies about Synechron. Employees working hours are very closely monitored at Synechron.

Employees have to spend 9 hours inside Office rather than Synechron premise.

Also, employees have some app installed in their virtual machines which tracks the duration for which they were logged in.

Is this true?Wanted to confirm from someone who are working with Synechron.

What does it take to switch into a Sale Engineer role? I started my career in tech consulting and then switched to solutions engineering, but not at all on the Sales side of things. I remember working sales when I was in highschool and I loved the rewarding feeling of landing a customer. There are so many ways I could take the project but I’m curious what kind of outline and level of depth you expect from a project like this? Do you consider it ethical that his career counselor is intentially spreading the information to his colleagues and to other consultants from other companies in the project? What can he do about it?
