Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months. It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup. In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much. But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?

That could be a bad sign. It also could be part of the normal shuffling that goes on in an agency. It’s not uncommon to hire someone for a future need, and not be able to fully utilize them for a few months.
Appreciate your advice on this. I will do that.
If you feel like you’re not getting any support then it is weird. You work in a company and shouldn’t feel like you’re alone, out at sea.
Is there someone you can ask? Another CD or a Project Manager? Tell them you want a proper handover from the current Freelancer to make sure the clients needs are met and nothing is overlooked.
That’s correct, not much support and the support I did have (freelancer) is now gone. So I do think I need to reach out my my CD in this case. As you said, I want to make sure I do a great job and keep the client happy.
