However, i have been contacted about a role at IQVIA for a new pure strategy internal group that they are standing up. It would be a 55% salary boost with director title and completely remote. Should I consider it? The salary increase and location flexibility are alluring.

An new job opportunity came up as a Tax Manager but in a different industry which could expand my skillset in different ways, but is not as flexible and the pay is 20k lower. If I stay, I will be Director in few years. What will look better on a resume in the future, continued growth in 1 company or experience in more than 1 company?
