Hello RSM coworkers! I am thrilled to be moving to RSM into a Scheduler roll. I just found out yesterday and want to be as prepared as possible in the next steps.
So here are my questions.
How long does the background study take? I'm guessing admin staff have a study that is faster and less complicated than someone in Tax ect.
When training at home what did you need that wasn't supplied by RSM? My home office is well stocked but I want to be as prepared as possible.
Thanks in advance!

Bought an ultrawide 34” and i love it. Way better than having 2 screens break up the screen.
I bought a Dell curved gaming monitor. I’m slowly phasing out my 12 year old Mac (which is on its last legs), but I’m having problems transferring data. I need to look into accessing the iCloud from a PC (new Lenovo-need it for programs that don’t work on Macs). But this monitor fits on my desk and still lets me move windows around. The multi monitor thing is something I don’t have room for. But look into a big gaming monitor that has the real estate you need, without all the cables, etc., that you’d need for a few smaller monitors.
Depends on your preferences and style of working. Sounds like you want two monitors in different directions (vertical/horizontal), so go for that, but get two new identical monitors with the smallest bezels possible. I do a lot of drafting and have 2x 27 inch monitors -- it works well for me. If you're considering a larger/curved monitor go check them out at a store first.
