I posted this before but I could use some advice. So I passed my CPA exam and while I have my master in accounting I am legit 4 credits short of any upper level accounting classes. Instate tuition for a 4 credit class at a university in my area was $1700. I am looking at community colleges but they don’t have upper level accounting credits (at least none that don’t overlap with what I’ve already taken). If you have any recommendations as far as community colleges anywhere in US please DM me.

Recently obtained my aPHR and I’m considering next steps in advancing my career. I am eligible to sit for the SHRM-CP presently and will not be able to sit for a PHR until 09/2023. Any pros/cons with either certification? Should I wait to sit for PHR or go for SHRM-CP now?

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?
