I received a verbal offer from JPMC JPMorgan Chase earlier this week, and I haven’t received the written offer yet. It’s been almost 48 hours - they said they’ll just need approval from some people. Should I be worried and hold off sending my two weeks notice? And judging the process, is it worth it to negotiate once I receive the written offer? Curious if anyone had a similar experience.

Have cleared HCL interview. Initially they offered 23 lpa (via proposed offer letter, to be approved by L4), but i requested to reconsider it for 25 lpa. After 5 days, they sent final offer letter of 19 lpa (stating they can offer max 50% as per L4 approval).

I don't have any other offer as of now. What should I do?

I'm trying to figure out how to pivot out of my current job. My department is in utter chaos, which has just become completely unmanageable. I'm looking for front-end web design work, and work from home. I am a strong designer and basically set up landing pages for large companies on a proprietary CMS in our company. If anyone knows of places I could apply? I'm not trying to reinvent myself as I do artwork on the side and would rather grow that business and get out of the chaos of fortune 500.
