I received an offer to join a boutique firm but been reading poor reviews on glassdoor and fishbowl. My gut feeling is not to take it based on the reviews, but the salary jump is enticing. At what point, are reviews on these apps valid and become true ‘red flags’ that i should avoid? Conflicted!!

I have observed that people on testing domain or frontend are getting better pay than other new tech domains like blockchain, cyber security, data sci etc(4-11yr exp) .
For less than 4 years experience new tech job gettig good pay but others getting very less.

In dev job Java, spring r etc getting better pay. Also some SAP consultant are also get paid high.
Is exp people in testing/frontend dev are less due to which they getting better pay than others with experience.
