I received my AHPRA registration in January and have been actively applying for RN roles over the past 4 months, but I haven’t secured any interviews so far. It’s been quite frustrating and honestly a bit disheartening, especially after working hard to reach this point. I’m starting to wonder if there’s something I could improve in my applications or approach. I’d really appreciate any advice from those who have been in a similar situation or from recruiters on how to better stand out.

Does this ever happened with anyone that your interview went very good and then also you got rejection mail from hr and unable to understand what when wrong.
