I received the rejection email from AWS. I wasn't perfect but was hoping to progress to the final stage. They professionally rejected my application 2 days after the interview. I reached out to the lead coordinator to understand my chances of joining AWS. He told me to monitor job ads and gave me a recruiter’s name to connect with. I shouldn’t be enterprise-struck! Yet ..., I researched online and found someone who tried 9 times and eventually got the job. Should I persevere or just move on?
