I recently got an offer from accenture in which fixed pay is 5 LPA and variable is 21% of fixed(105000). There is an indicative variable pay % range in the compensation chart and in that it is mentioned 6-9% so how much variable pay will I exactly get? If it is actually 6-9% of the fixed income then why accenture has mentioned 21% as variable pay?

I have got an offer from Accenture and the fixed amount is 16lac and the only deduction they said will happen is PF from this 16 lac and it seems I need to bifurcate the split ups for the basic HRA and other allowance during the onboarding time.
Could anyone have any suggestions if this is a normal process for Accenture where they ask us to fill up the split ups.
