I recently got an offer from U.S. Bank as a Software Engineer.

Base - 127,000 USD per year
Bonus - 15%
Long Term Incentive - Up to 6000 USD

I have close to 5 years of experience in Software Engineering and I live in a Tier 2 City. Can someone tell if this is a good offer?

How competitive is this offer for the Southeast? Received an offer for $80k with 10k OT/Bonus for an investment analyst role at a fee for development firm in a LCOL city in the SE.

Currently making $80k, no bonus in a HCOL with mixed growth opportunity.

Have 1 yoe CRE, 1 yoe analyst pension consulting, and 3 yoe business development.

Should I be happy because I still have a job or should I be mad and sad because I didn't get a rise? I'm underpaid and got a 9k raise through 4 years of work

I handle installation and maintenance of Burglar systems, access control, video surveillance, network systems, POS workstations, VoIP, and payment terminals.
