That sounds really tough, especially so early on. That said, I probably wouldn’t leave without something lined up, especially in the current job market. Maybe give it a bit more time while quietly exploring other options so you’re not stuck if it doesn’t improve.
Thanks all and I understand where you guys are coming from. It’s nearly 2 months by the way, had a word limit there. My thinking is that I plan to leave before my probation ends so I don’t have to serve a notice. Like it’s really taking a toll on me mentally right now because how misunderstood I feel. My manager has only talked to me during 1 on 1s and no one in the company has bothered asking me how I’m doing at work.
One month is not long enough to give it a fair chance, and you really don't want to find yourself unemployed in this job market unless you have a lot of savings that could get you through 1 year+. I would start job hunting, but still try to give your current job a real chance.
It is possible to be somewhere where you aren't a good cultural fit. I wouldn't suggest leaving until you have something else lined up though. The job market is really rough out there.
