I recently made the switch to full-time freelance, and I've been told I am not charging enough. I want to raise my rates, but don't want to raise my rates *too* much either. How much should I be charging for MSP/CHI market? I'm currently charging $50-$70/hour for design/production.

Skills/Experience:
- Graphic Design: 8 years (4 agency, 4 freelance)
- Video Production: 15 years (15 freelance - I started freelancing in high school)
- Event Production: 2 years (1 agency, 1 freelance)

What happens if you don’t join due to better package from other big 4 after excepting the offer

Would you take a freelance gig that would be a promotion (with potential to join full time) with a smaller company whose values you really agree with, OR a full-time offer for a lateral move with a larger company with teammates you know and trust?
