I recently obtained an H1B visa and I'm exploring options to transition my wife from her dependent H4 status to an H1B visa as well what steps can i consider to facilitate this transition for her.

We both currently earning approximately 42 lpa.i will be getting around 85k in usa for the location of texas. but with this H4 dependent visa ,she can't work.

Is this a wise decision to go usa with this onsite package?

Recently got a contract job at Facebook NY.
