I recently received a rejection email for an AI evaluation role that was surprisingly detailed and thoughtful. The feedback acknowledged my reasoning, consistency, and approach, but the decision came down to a very specific team fit in a highly competitive process. Even though I did not get the role, the clarity made the outcome easier to understand.
Why are thoughtful rejection responses still so rare in hiring today?

1. Product based company with good pay for support role
2. Service based company with a bit less pay for developer role may be ( Currently I am working in a service based company for development role)
