I recently received an offer from Zscaler (Bangalore, India) for a Staff Software Engineer position. I’m currently based in North India (Delhi).

Could anyone share insights about the company — work culture, stability, work-life balance, engineering quality, and overall experience?

So just starting a new Position. At thia time I was looking for a good base as need to be stable.

Always into sales since childhood but I have 5 years of proper new business development experience with good track record.

I am starting a position at $80k now I just want your thoughts and feedback an the base. There is also comision and bonuses. Which could be something.

I come from a hospitality background (2 years of work ex internationally) and have ventured into IT during covid in an implementation role. My total IT work ex is 1.5 years. Currently I’m being paid 15LPA and hold an offer at another company for 23LPA.

How is Meta product TPM M2 role?

Split classes take away joy! We have 6-7 classes at each grade level and they split 1-2 into the remaining 5 so we can have a 5 day schedule. Big classes plus the classroom culture homeroom teachers work so hard to achieve are ruined. Advice? (Plus we are told to "not be negative" by admin.)
