I resigned from my current firm and have been in the middle of serving my 2 months NP and completing my pending tasks and providing KT. The person I’m handing over my work to is not able to understand the work and refusing to close the process and tell the manager to provide me clearance. My manager agrees with the guy and all in all giving me a hard time and subtly suggested of extending my np. What can I do?

Working at a company and they can’t seem to hold on to their female, black and people of color employees. I blinked and 3 of the people who were in my onboarding class were either fired or they left.
