Just sit up straighter
I bought a mckenzie lumbar support for my slipped disc to make it easier, has done wonders
Doing pull-ups and burpees are a great way to improve your posture. I used to slouch too and these helped a lot. The “sit up straight” advice doesn’t work when you back and shoulder muscles are weak
Get a monitor for your laptop. It does wonders for your back
Use a laptop stand, if you work with laptops. Makes a huge difference in your posture
Right equipment is important, but it’s also just a habit to an extent.
The “upright go” looks quite silly but honestly it helped me quite a bit with relentless reminders.

I corrected my posture at my old job because I focused more on my posture than my job
I would recommend a sticky note where you can see it that reminds you to check your posture. It might sound silly but when you see it during a call or while you are day dreaming it'll remind you. It gets easier after the first few weeks
Push up bra
Exercise your core. Solved my back problems.
Best exercise for you would be McGill’s Big 3. You will find it on YouTube. You should do these at least thrice a day. Also buy a standing desk and don’t sit long hours.
