I think you can probably negotiate down to 2 days in the office. If you can negotiate to 2 days. I'd stay! But I get why you would want to be home

I don't think you'd be able to negotiate for staying at home at full time. But I think getting 1 more day at home is a possibility for sure
I have a friend whose team goes in Tues - Thurs once per month
I had a hybrid position and was required to go in 3 days a week after working didn’t time I’ve talked to them was able to go 1 time a week. Maybe try to talk to them and explain your reason they might be understanding. Even 2 times a week is better than 5 days in office.
