I have offer from Nagarro for 32 LPA(1.6 variable) and another from Turing of 34 LPA (2.5 Variable) I don't want to Join Turing, but can I negotiate with Nagarro based on Turing offer to increase my package? Or is it too risky since I don't have any other offer. What are chances if negotiation fails they(Nagarro) resind the offer?

Ask the other team members you trust what their hours look like.
When is firms fiscal year end? You prob have a few more months
For the firms i been at yes. Annual charge hour goal is based on the firm’s fiscal yr
I agree with TM1 that you should check what year those hours are based on. However, if you can’t meet it 1/1-12/31 I’m not sure how you would meet it 7/1-6/30. Maybe your firm gives a leniency when you first start for onboarding and training. I’m not 100% sure but I think first year associates at my firm are given a reduced hour expectation the first year because of all the training when they first start. Normal hour expectation is 1,700 annually and for first year I think it’s either 1,620 or 1,660. Our local office also sends out a billable hour report. It comes to managers and above every week so we can see where everyone is and help manage their hours. It goes out monthly to everyone below manager so they can see where they are year-to-date
Yes there is so much training! I work at Marcum and I’m pretty sure the hours, even for first years was 1,700 but they’d usually end up short because of all the training when they first start. I’m not sure if the entire company changed it or just my local office but they reduced hours for first years because of this.
