Ugh! They always take their sweet time to do the reviews. They start with attorneys and paralegals are a bit of an afterthought. Some companies will start raises from January 1st. Others won’t start raises until after reviews. Its not uncommon to do reviews until Feb to March. Hang in there for now.
I think it depends on the size firm. My first firm gave me a review in Dec and raise in Jan (mid size firm, multiple offices in different states). My second firm waited until February the first year then April the next (Small firm one office about 50 employees). I would ask the other staff to see what the firm has done before and then would maybe mention something in February. If they say no raises I would start looking for another job.

Are you the only paralegal in your office? I would ask them what the annual review and compensation schedule is. Some firms do it mid year and others at year end.
I am not, there are 5 paralegals. Good point, I have no idea what their review/comp schedule is. TY!
Times are tough and from previous experience the attorneys will give themselves a raise first before paralegals and staff will get one. We experienced that first hand back in 2006.
