I think a majority of these Recruiters working for companies hire from within and put up job postings to waste applicants valuable time. Have you ever applied to a position after looking at the qualifications and backgrounds of other applicants and employees at the same position and company you applied for and have way more experience than them? Then get rejected for the job before getting a chance to sell yourself? It’s so frustrating.

Made it to the on-site round for a Sales S&O interview. However, both of the interviewers are Managing Directors of Sales. I thought they would be other S&O managers. How would this affect interview questions (e.g would GCA case studies be sales focused?) how can I best prepare for this given a lack of a sales background.

Hi guys, After CAF completion by last week, yesterday I received a call from the HR for the second round of evaluation. So, I attended it yesterday and performed well by answering 90-95% of the questions. Even the interviewer gave good comments on my performance.
