I think the salary ranges for jobs that consider H1Bs will increase due to the recent 100k fees for new H1Bs. Factors are:
1. Demand - Supply: Even if demand for H1Bs is not increasing, the supply of new H1Bs is definitely going down due to the 100k fee.
2. 100k fees is just 1st step to curb H1B abuse. Current administration plans to increase the H1B min. wage threshold to ~ 150k so that high paid H1Bs are prioritized.
3. HIRE ACT 2025, if passed into law, will hit outsourcing via GCCs.
