I took an interview at another place because they reached out, but I know I’m not going to accept an offer from them if I get one. However, I’m wondering if I can leverage their offer against my current agency to get more money? I really love my current job and don’t want to risk anything, but I also want to get paid more if I can. Is it worth it? Have you ever done this before?
