Smart. Whenever my SO knows I’m on PTO, I just have more things to do.

Did something like that once, was beautiful. Wife and kid were at the beach with her whole family. Told her I had to work a full day and couldn’t drive down until the evening. Took PTO and played golf. One less day with her extended family while still taking time off was amazing.

This is the ultimate win OP 😂 didn’t jump to tell my family I took the last 2 weeks off and they weren’t happy when they finally discovered 🤣

You’ve beat the system.

Hey mummas, I'm struggling with how I feel about my team at work. None of them, including my manager, have children and they just don't get it. I'm pregnant with my third and my manager has never once asked me how I'm doing, only ever refers to it in terms of me 'leaving' for maternity leave so he'll be a resource down. Never once asked how I'm coping with juggling wfh & full time caring for my children through covid, and icing on the cake my baby just recently.. (continued in comment)
