I usually don't post serious stuff here on LinkedIn, but wanted to share a struggle I've faced, and hidden, for a long time. A stigma that might cause me to lose my job, or at least my colleagues' respect, now that I'm admitting it here in public. But I courageously share in the hopes that it might help even one person find the strength to face and admit it themselves, and maybe de-stigmatize it moving forward.

This open office plan sucks. Besides the constant din, we've got 3 agencies crammed on to one floor, sharing conference rooms and huddle rooms. Agency identity is lost and it feels like an ad factory

I left my job without having anything else lined up otherwise I would have had a mental breakdown. I’m not even in that great of a financial place, but it was my job or my sanity. I know at least three other people who, in the past few months, have left with nothing lined up. I feel like it’s something we need to be talking more about. This isn’t normal for people to be doing this right?
