I wanna get electrolysis done on my upper lip (specifically the outer area of my upper lip as the hair growing there is thicker, darker and there is ingrowns). I was told that I cannot thread or wax my upper lip between sessions. Anyone knows if this is actually an issue or if that’s just to ensure that there is enough hair to be removed for the following session?

Anyone has IBS here? Lately I have been having a lot of symptoms of IBS and even if I’m not fully constipated, I think I am to a certain extent. If you're looking for inspirational films about addiction I highly recommend The Resurrection of Jake the Snake Roberts. It's a documentary about the wrestler who had about as bad an addiction problem as you can imagine. It goes through his problems, despair, but also shows his road to recovery through platonic love, support, and he finds redemption. It's great for anyone like me that tried and failed to get sober for years. I have over a year now for the first time.

Had a really bad day 😞 I don’t know why I keep doing this to myself. Things will be going well and then out of nowhere I get blackout drunk. I am tired of feeling sick and anxious from drinking. I don’t really even want to drink sometimes but do it anyway. Blacked out last night, and still feel sick now.
