I want to make self care a regular practice instead of just a once in a while thing. For those of you who do this, what do you recommend, spa memberships, facials, or maybe something else that works better for you?

Self-Care gets back burnered very easily in our culture. I spent most of my life sick and exhausted which forced me into making self care a daily routine. Self Care is a personal choice, and for me, it's being Solo, in my own energy. A chance to stare into my magical forest, watch TV, learn something random that sparks my curiosity. I love meditation and it inspires me to create meditations for others too. Your needs will change over time, so just pick something today that brings YOU joy—Because the point of care is to take time and ENJOY the hard work you poured into your life.

If there was just one thing you could do today without concern of limitations, what would you do??

Anyone a manager? I’m recently diagnosed (26F) and I can’t help but beat myself up everytime I fall short of my to do list. Makes me feel like a huge disservice to my team. I’ve been trying vitamin D and working out, but it makes my “highs” and “low” SO extreme. The simplest things are so complex in my mind.

Finally hit my breaking point. Been nothing but irritable & pissed off these past few weeks. Coach asked me on Friday when I’ll be taking time off & I just broke down.
