I want to move on from my agency and have been interviewing. Should I tell my partner now or wait till I get an offer?

6 months pregnant and just laid off. And 40% of my severance was just taken in taxes .. Telco PMs, how do you call that type of project in which you manage the End-To-End deployment? I mean from planning the electric connections for a servers rack, engineering the network, the cabling and devices installation, setting up the link (and everything in between)?
