I want to switch practice areas but I’m a senior associate and have always worked on business immigration or related compliance matters. Has anyone successfully changed practice areas late in the game? Also, I’m not in a city with any “in-house” jobs for immigration attorneys, are there any JD preferred non-immigration jobs which are a good fit for someone with my background?

I would like to transfer my career to Healthcare Data Analytics. I’m gaining my data analytics certification by the ending of November. I’ve also worked and still currently working for great healthcare company’s. I also have lots of great healthcare data experience. My only concern is no degree. Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. So I just had a client tell me their asylum case is fabricated, and can't I help prepare the person for court. My initial reaction, fire the client. I'm not that kind of atty. At the end of the form it’s asking to upload any documents/evidence. How important is it uploading documents and what exactly is preferable to upload? (ex: foreign passport pgs, univ degree, employment verification?). It didn’t specifically require to upload copies. Would my case be denied if I don’t upload anything? Thx in advance
