I wanted to share a thought with you, to remind our important role as community managers. I have been reading tons of suggestions about community engagement & email marketing recently, and I have even tried to apply some of them only to realize that they weren't working at all at least for my community. Here is an old but gold principle: nothing is set in stone, test, test, test. No one knows a community like its community manager. Have you experienced the same?

What according to your experience during interviews has been one thing that you said or did made you get the job over 1000s of other applicants for a job, according to you? What is that one thing that made a difference and set you apart?
