I was a project manager in one of the lead banks. I joined a tech consulting firm, the role I interviewed was for project manager, but since they wanted me soon they hired me as a business systms analyst as work permit for a tech role was easier. Once I joined the project shelved within 3mths and I was on bench, I had to grab an available role, i joined another project as BA. I am worried about losing the PM credibility and the BA role is also just support. How should I bring my carèer on track

I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.
