I was approached on LinkedIn for a university recruiter role in DFW, TX. I don’t have direct experience but I have the university experience/connections from background in career services. This is the first time I’ve considered work outside of higher education. I said my salary expectations are minimum $90k and that didn’t seem to be an issue. Is that too low, too high, just right? How do I know I’m getting the best salary and not settling for the low end of the range?
