I was interviewed for Walmart recently for Full Stack My second round ReactJS was average. It was not great, but good! However, I was told that response was not +ve. Can anyone from HR give insight on what could possibly be the reason for not getting selected. Basically, I am trying to ask, can there be any other hidden reason for not going ahead, like NP of 60 days, or something else.
I felt disheartened on getting rejected on 2nd rnd, despite it going ok, if not great, nd it was last tech rnd.

Is it just me or was the logical reasoning on Bain’s SOVA test for the London office extremely hard? Does anyone know if it’s a big part of the interview process (compared to the Resume / CL)?

Interviewed for a sr. PM last Thursday. Was scheduled for 30min but we went to an hour and had a really good conversation. The questions I got asked I was told the answers were perfect by the hiring manager. I felt really good coming out of it but then followed up with an email thanking them for the time the next day and I never received a response or next steps. Am I thinking too much into it or is it not a good sign?

I’m looking to transition from an academic medical center to pharma or a biotech. I have about 8 years of clinical research experience overall — 7 years combined as a CRC (CRC I, CRC II, and senior CRC) and 1 year as a PM. I’m also recently ACRP-CP certified.

A month ago the recruiter said that they are waiting on some approvals and once it is done we will be issuing the offer letter but I haven't heard back any other update since then. Am I getting rejected or is it normal to be on hold without any update for a month at this stage?
