I was promoted to Technical Architect 1 year ago. Since then, I have been working as TA but I spent time mostly in meeting and meeting and don't have to look at the code or configuration.

I am losing my hands-on skills and do not feel I am happy with this role. I would like to go back to a developer role.

Do you guys experience this? What do you guys recommend?

I have just started my journey in Salesforce and I have started working on Salesforce Vlocity. Order management to be specific. I wanted to know what are the opportunities and what kind of job market is there in Salesforce/Vlocity.
