I was working as a MA/Phlebotomist but now I’m currently working as a CNA . I been going to school also to earn my Degree in Medical Administrative Assistant.
I really want another job as a MA but I’m not a certified MA just Phlebotomist.

Is M. Design from IIT-IDC Bombay really worth it?

I am working for 1.5 years in a Hyderabad startup as UI/UX Designer. After Btech I did a certification in UI/UX and got job from the institute placement only. Will a master's from IIT-IDC Bombay will be worth or should I climb the regular conventional ladder by jumping from company to company for package hikes?
