I am a mother of a 2.5 yrs old.
Before I had my baby I was always top performer in my team.After becoming a mother and wfh from the last couple of years I feel it has taken a toll on my confidence, even I think twice before making any comment on meetings.
Even I don't get confidence to join occasional team mates which might help with networking.
