Hey! Any Google folks know if it’s possible to negotiate fully remote if a contract role is hybrid? Personally, I don’t want to relocate and go to the office on a contract role given the current economy. Plus, I’m assuming contractors are the first to go in layoffs. I just think it’s a fair trade off if I’d be allowed to work fully remote. I’m also trying to have flexibility to manage my Airbnb business in a different country. Same time zone as the home office if I’d travel weeks at a time.

I agree with the comment above. You are VERY underpaid. You should be making a lot more than that. I would do research on what similar roles pay in your area and then ask for a raise.
It's impossible to gauge the quality of your work. I am sure you have searched for other jobs but you are stuck there, that tells me that you probably are getting what you deserve.
While I see what you mean in terms of gauging the quality of my work, I'm more so asking if my skills are really worth the $22/hr (clearly others disagree). I havent looked for other jobs as much during the school year but as I near the end of my 3rd year ive been trying to see my career past a retail store.
Definitely more tbh
It sounds to me that you should be making at least double what you're paid. I can understand if your boss figures in the fact that you're still in school, into determining your pay; however, that is still way too low!!
