I work for a global law firm and they do annual reviews and raises like clockwork. You should be getting a review automatically every year. Not getting a 3% raise in at least 10 years is horrible especially given the inflation rate over the last few years.
I'm getting a raise most years, but only about 1.7%

I’m at a mid-range big law firm and raises annually are 3-6 percent for our admin staff plus bonus
I worked for a firm almost 20 years. Raises were different percentages, anywhere from 1% to 7%, the position you were in also taken into consideration. Reviews done on an annual basis. Once I was capped out, the most I could get was 3%. When I left I was just under $80K + bonuses. That 3% better than nothing and most appreciated.
