I work in marketing and with some of my favorite co-workers quitting for jobs at other companies over the last few months, I feel like my agency is moving away from the personal development culture I used to love.

I’m in the start of my career and my learning and development is by far the most important factor for me now.

Hey everyone. Has anyone started working in disaster recovery after college and made the move straight to consulting? Currently in my 2nd year doing disaster recovery and I feel like it’s a dead-end career. I’m Looking to join a Big4 firm. I graduated in Finance.

The question is, is graduation from law school, not minimum competency? With this line of reasoning we are saying that law schools do not produce competent future lawyers, so should we instead switch to a system of taking the bar without the three years of a measure that frankly bar associations have deemed not an adequate measure? Dash this comment aside if it is fallible, but there is something here that has been overlooked. Competence is not regurgitation and memorization.
