I work with AI and I have recieved an offer to work at a start up in a new field. The pay is 8,00,000 LPA and 2 LPA in bonds.
But the contract wants me to not take up a side gig. I'm a free lance coder and social media manager, and this income helps me a lot. Moreover, the contract is for a limited period of time and has no benefits such as insurance.

I feel its unfair to ask me not to work since it will be outside my new field. It will curtail my growth. Any suggestions?

Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.
