I worked hard and networked my way to a seat at the table for something I’m pretty proud of, and now I don’t like it at all lmao. I don’t have nearly the level of expertise as anyone else in the room, and not nearly as eloquent in my responses (I have 3 YOE vs the others with 10-15+). Any tips to succeed in this position? My objective isn’t to pretend I know more than I do, just enough to not get relegated back to the kids table 🥺

While applying for visa my company quoted 80K as compensation. Now they want to reduce it to 75K.

Is genetic carrier screening prior to starting an ivf cycle necessary? I tested and found some disorders. Now my RE won’t start my cycle until my partner is tested.
