Fortunately, I haven't. Not even sure how I'd act toward someone with that behavior. I'm all for shooting your shot and putting yourself out there, but how unprofessional. Firing her on the spot may have been a bit extreme, though. Someone with that much passion could be a major asset if they could just slow their role.

When she joined our team as a temporary employee, she expressed a strong desire to meet the CEO and other high-level executives. Despite our warnings that she should not attend the meetings due to her temporary status, she continued to push boundaries in an effort to advance her position. Ultimately, she ignored our instructions and attempted to join a restricted meeting. As a result, the security guard had to escort her out. She resisted and later contacted her temp agency, claiming there had been a misunderstanding.
Not once. I can't fathom having a temp with the audacity to do all of that. It would honestly shock me to see. All of ours have been very respectful.

When she joined our team as a temp, she mentioned wanting to meet the CEO and other senior executives. She was eager to move forward in her career, even though we advised her not to join certain meetings due to her temporary role. Unfortunately, she went ahead and tried to join a restricted meeting, and security had to escort her out. She resisted and called her temp agency, saying it was a misunderstanding. It was her hiring manager’s decision to let her go the same day. Personally, I felt that was a bit extreme—I thought she might have at least received a warning first.
I've met some pretty eccentric temps, and I can think of a few who were pretty presumptuous. I realized they were prone to saying things that would get someone fired, and it dawned on me that's must be why they were working as temps. They'd probably had regular jobs and just couldn't stay out of trouble.

The temp was extremely eager to climb the corporate ladder—she wore heavy makeup and even cut her hair in the ladies' room before heading up to the CEO’s floor. I think you’re right; they probably had regular jobs but just couldn’t stay out of trouble.
